Signs Your Mr-Glass Door Installation Is Failing

• The panel grinds or catches when you slide it. This almost always means a roller bearing has flattened or the nylon wheel has worn into an oval. The door scrapes the track because it is no longer sitting on round wheels, and continuing to force it will chew up the bottom rail.
• The door lifts noticeably when you pull the handle. A small lift is normal on an adjuster; a large one means the roller spring has collapsed inside the housing. The door is resting on the track frame, not the wheels, and every slide is grinding aluminum against aluminum.
