Depending on the nature and location of a request, the work may be carried out by skilled independent contractors or service professionals who operate in coordination with TruePane Windows & Doors. When that is the case, TruePane Windows & Doors takes responsibility for coordinating the engagement, but the individual completing the job may not be a direct employee of the company. By requesting service, you acknowledge and accept this arrangement.

Scheduling and cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee. The amount of that fee, if applicable, will be communicated to you at the time of booking or upon request. TruePane Windows & Doors reserves the right to apply such a fee at its discretion.
Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of FL, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of TruePane Windows & Doors’s services that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the appropriate state or federal courts located in FL, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
